Research Interests :
• Skin percutaneous absorption and distribution including impact of environmental factors on the bioavailability of components through the skin.
• Development of in vitro models for pharmaco-toxicological purposes as alternative to experimental animals uses in studies of drugs, cosmetics, and others xenobiotic products.
• Focus on UV filters, antioxidants, DEET, corticoids …
• Interest in barrier function and skin damages
• Non-invasive methods in efficacy measurement of dermato-cosmetic products.
• Formulations in pharmaceutical skin delivery systems
